Pearl Award Nomination Form - 2017

The opportunity to nominate an Ogle associate through the Ogle website begins today and ends on Friday, November 3rd, 2017. The nominees must meet the following criteria to be considered:

1. Be an employee in good standing
2. Employed for at least 12 months at the time of nomination
3. Contribute to Our Mission, Values and student outcomes in an exceptional manner

  • Ogle's Mission

    Ogle School prepares committed students for rewarding careers in the beauty industry through salon-modeled, student-centered training and development of the highest caliber.

  • Respect

    Respect mandates a participative management style that values the contributions of all associates in decision making.
    • John Doe is polite to all and considers everyone’s feelings. He shows kindness and courtesy to his students, customers and fellow employees when interacting with them on a daily basis.

  • Integrity

    Integrity is the ability to meet life’s challenges with equal parts of courage, honesty and sound moral principle. Organizations with the highest integrity are the most respected and produce the best outcomes.
    • During a span of theft at our location, John Doe was courageous and honest enough to bring to management the names of folks that he knew were stealing.

  • Service To The Customer

    Service to the Customer means that Ogle recognizes students, salon clients, employers, local communities, accrediting and regulatory agencies as external customers and all associates as internal customers.
    • As an instructor, John Doe goes the extra mile to recognize students that excel in his class. As for those that are struggling, he makes time to review with them until they are at the same level as the rest of the class.

  • Teamwork

    Teamwork demands a participative, flat management organization that seeks and assimilates associate input and then acts in an accountable manner.
    •John Doe has stepped up and taken a lead role at his campus location. He consistently shares the common goal with his team and explains how he and his team will get there. He identifies fellow employees that may be struggling in a specific area and coaches them.

  • Excellence

    Excellence is about keeping score and striving for inspired or exceptional results.
    • John Doe has helped 95% of the students he’s taught to graduate. He’s kept his withdrawal rate down and continues to offer help and support to those students who are on the fence about withdrawing.
