Valentine’s Day Makeup Looks

Valentine’s Day is near! Whether you have a significant other or a group of friends to celebrate with, your makeup should be flawless. We’re sharing a few ideas to help you prepare for your plans and all of those Instagram-worthy photos. From playful dates to girls’ nights out to full evenings of romance, we have a makeup look for any occasion.

Classic Glamour

Getting ready for a romantic night? Stun your date with a classic makeup look. Neutral eyes will leave plenty of room to play with red lipstick without clashing. Brighten the eyes by highlighting the inner corner with a light, shimmery eyeshadow. Apply a pair of full and flirty false lashes so that when you bat your eyes, all attention is sure to be on you. Complete the look by applying your perfect shade of red lipstick and creating a rose-like ombré by blending a black lip liner at the corners of your lips.

Rose Gold

Rose gold is über popular in everything from beauty to style right now, so we couldn’t resist creating a look around the trending metal. The color looks incredible on all skin tones. We created a soft look that is perfect for daytime or a casual night out with the girls. Kick it up a notch from your usual neutral eye makeup.

Start by softly blending out an amber eyeshadow and add a rose gold pigment on the lid. Shimmery pigments help achieve intense color and glamour that stands out minus the chunky glitter. Add highlight to the inner corner and along the brow bone. Complete this look with a neutral lip — no bold colors necessary here! Let your eyes do all the talking.

Playful Pop of Pink

Doing something playful like an arcade date or picnic in the park? Be playful and flirty with your makeup look. Go gray with your eyes and play with a fun pair of long, voluminous false lashes. Sweep a pink blush that compliments your skin tone along your cheeks to add a flush of fun color to your complexion. Apply a bright and bold pink lipstick that compliments your tone. Let your personality and mood speak by playing with glossy, matte, satin, creamy, or shimmery finishes. The options are open and endless!
